Release: Williams Management Solutions, LLC Williams Management Solutions, LLC is the project manager/owner’s representative of a 24 million dollar redevelopment program, appoints an advisory board, gains minority certification and opens a new, environmentally friendly office in Shadyside, PA. Williams Management Solutions (WMS), LLC was founded by Cameil D. Williams in 2004. She is the former director of the Allegheny County Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, under James C. Roddey, former Allegheny County Chief Executive. Williams formed, WMS, LLC as a program and project management consulting company, primarily for the construction industry. The company uniquely distinguishes itself for the provision of program and project management and expert consulting services, as a seamless extension of staff, for major corporations, government and non-profit organizations. WMS, LLC is the Project Manager/ Owner's Representative for the Mount Ararat Baptist Church's 24 million dollar redevelopment program. On April 18, 2008, WMS, LLC will convene the first meeting of their newly established Advisory Board. Additionally, WMS, LLC will host invited guests at an Open House at their new, environmentally friendly offices. These events mark significant business development and company growth, as well as certification as a minority and woman owned business. The Advisory Board will convene at the Renaissance hotel. The distinguished list of board members include: Ann C. Bertino, Esq. of Naperville, Illinois, Steven D. Irwin, Esq. Partner at Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, of Pittsburgh, PA, Gregory R. Spencer, President at Randall Enterprises, LLC, of Pittsburgh, PA and Samuel J. Stevenson, CPA, Partner at Parente Randolphe, of Pittsburgh, PA. Currently, there are two vacant positions. WMS, LLC is excited to report their growth and accomplishments.
