Our policies
and procedures for handling customer information have been created
with the understanding that there continues to be constant change
in internet technologies. With this change also comes change in
internet business methods to keep up with the technological changes.
As a result, Williams Management Solutions' policies and procedures
are subject to change.
As we strive
to provide the services requested by our clients, we constantly,
collect, accumulate and store information and communications that
may be deemed private or sensitive to certain individuals and/or
bodies. Some of this information - such as the customer's name,
address, telephone number, and credit card data - is provided to
Williams Management Solutions by its customers to order products.
Other information - such as the customer's account status and customer
logs - is created and maintained by Williams Management Solutions
in the normal course of providing service.
Data Security
Williams Management Solutions will protect the confidentiality of
its customers' information, account information and personal communications
to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the
legitimate interests of Williams Management Solutions, its partners,
its employees and other customers of Williams Management Solutions's
services. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information
that is collected from customers, Williams Management Solutions
has necessary physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in
place.
Opt
Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products
from Williams Management Solutions and Williams Management Solutions
partners by sending a request to admin@wmsonline.us. In this request
to admin@wmsonline.us customers must identify: service purchased
from Williams Management Solutions, contact information, and the
date the service was purchased. However, customers may not opt out
of receiving information from Williams Management Solutions, which
is essential for maintaining or updating customers' account information.
Disclosure
of customer information and communications
Williams Management Solutions will not otherwise disclose its customers'
personal and account information unless Williams Management Solutions
has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary
to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone
who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property
of Williams Management Solutions, its customers, or others, or where
Williams Management Solutions. has a good faith belief that the
law requires such disclosure.
